What began as a shared professional journey nearly 15 years ago evolved into a trusted partnership built across countries, companies, and continents.

From working together in Canada, to reconnecting in Berlin, to delivering complex projects side by side on the same team at Delivery Hero, a global technology company, we bring deep experience, proven collaboration, and a shared commitment to helping organisations turn ESG ambitions into measurable results.

Beau Chaitan

Environment and Carbon Management

Beau is an environmental engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in emissions management across engineering consulting, energy, tech, and manufacturing industries. He recently served as interim Head of Sustainability at Instagrid and before that, led teams on carbon reduction and environmental performance at Delivery Hero and MEG Energy.

Carmen Lösche

ESG Ratings & Reporting and Supply Chain

Carmen has almost 10 years of experience at various companies working on ESG ratings, non-financial reporting and supply chain sustainability. She previously worked as an analyst at EcoVadis and led reporting and rating projects for Delivery Hero and Simon-Kucher.

Digney Eisner

Reporting and Social Impact

Digney has 15 years of experience building and leading ESG and sustainability functions, most recently as Director of Sustainability, Health and Ethical Trade at HelloFresh, and before that leading group-level non-financial reporting and social impact at Delivery Hero and was Head of ESG at Agreena.
